Police are appealing for information after the window of a 19th-century Anglesey church was smashed.

Officers are investigating following a report of criminal damage at St Ceidio’s Church, near Llanerch-y-medd, where a window was smashed and entry was gained.

Thankfully nothing was taken from the church during the incident, which is believed to have happened between Friday last week (March 17th) and Tuesday (March 21st).

Police on Anglesey said: “Unfortunately, this is not the first time this year that the church has been subject to damage.

“Anyone with information, or who may have witnessed suspicious behaviour in the area is asked to contact us via our website or by calling 101, quoting reference number 23000238991.”
