Appeal to locate missing 16 year old – could be in Colwyn Bay area

Police are continuing to appeal for help to find missing 16-year-old Morgan Foster from Liverpool.
Morgan was last seen at 11.30pm on Saturday 29 February.
She is described as white with a fresh complexion, 5ft 3in tall, of slim build, with shoulder-length blonde hair. Morgan speaks with a Liverpool accent.
She is known to frequent Colwyn Bay , Liverpool, Blackpool in Lancashire and Rochdale in Greater Manchester.
Anyone who has seen Morgan or knows of her whereabouts is asked to DM @MerPolCC on twitter, call 101 or contact Missing People on 116 000.
