Three men have been charged following the discovery of an industrial-scale cannabis factory at a building on Bangor High Street.

Officers arrested the trio on Tuesday after the large cannabis growing operation was found hidden in an unused building.

It led to an increased police presence in the city while investigations were carried out.

Fabjol Mucaj, 29, Bedri Elezi, 35, and Agron Aruci, 29, have now been charged with involvement in the production of a controlled Class B drug.

All three men have been been remanded in custody and will appear at Llandudno Magistrates Court today (Friday, 24 March).
