Rhyl man charged with murder

Detectives investigating the death of a woman in a van fire in Prestatyn have charged a man with murder.

38-year-old Thomas Matthew Hammond Bell, of Wellington Road Rhyl will appear at Court today.

Detective Chief Inspector Zoie Dunkerley said: “Our investigation is ongoing, and I would appeal for anyone with any information that has not already spoken to us, to make contact.”
