Police have seized a car after arresting the driver on suspicion of drug driving for the second time in the last few weeks.

The vehicle was stopped on the A55 in Bangor yesterday by members of the roads policing unit.

Officers said the driver also failed to provide a specimen following a collision which took place earlier this year.

They said: “We will relentlessly target drivers who believe they are above the law and apply to the courts for a forfeiture orders against their vehicles.

“This driver will now have an anxious wait for their blood results.”
