Police cordon off streets in Colwyn Bay after overnight incident

Police have cordoned off a number of streets in Colwyn Bay following an overnight incident.

Officers are in attendance in the Greenfield Road/Bay View Road area of the town following the incident in the early hours of this morning.

Although North Wales Police have stressed there is no ongoing risk to the public, people are being urged to avoid the area.

A force spokesperson added: “There will be a police presence in the locality today whilst our enquiries continue, and we thank you for your patience.”
