Police have appealed for the owners of a dog to come forward after it was found wandering the streets of Rhyl.

Officers received a report of the animal which was not wearing a collar being seen on Magnolia Court in the town.

Officers who are currently with the dog believe it may have come from Maple Avenue and are asking for the owners to make themselves known.

They said: “Please view the images attached of the dog and if anyone knows the owner, please make them aware.

“Otherwise, please contact us on 101 or live chat if you have information which may be helpful. Please provide the reference number B085931.”
