A Penmaenmawr man who admitted coercive and controlling behaviour, non-fatal strangulation and malicious communications has been sentenced to prison.
Brandon Bellham ,27, pleaded guilty at a court appearance in December and was yesterday jailed for a total of six years and four months.
Speaking after sentencing, Detective Sergeant Christopher Williams from North Wales Police said: “I welcome today’s sentence. This demonstrates our commitment to support victims of domestic violence, as well as to relentlessly pursue and prosecute perpetrators.’
“If you, or someone you know is the victim of domestic violence, you can talk to us in confidence.”
