Detectives investigate death of woman in 30s who ‘entered sea fully clothed’

Police in Gwynedd are investigating the death of a woman after she reportedly entered the sea fully clothed.

Detectives say the 33-year-old is believed to have gone into the water in Abersoch yesterday evening (Thursday, 20 June).

A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have seen the female around this time, or anyone who has information that may help us to make contact via live webchat or on 101 quoting ref Q089372.”
