Tributes paid to ‘caring’ 15-year-old who died in incident at Ty Mawr Holiday Park

The family of a 15-year-old girl who died in an incident at a caravan park in Towyn last weekend have released a heartfelt tribute. ‌​‌‌​​​‌‍‌​‌​‌​​​

Amanda Selby was staying with her family at Ty Mawr Holiday Park when the incident occurred. ‌​‌‌​​​‌‍‌​‌​‌​​​

A 19-year-old man who is reported to be her brother Matthew Selby has been charged with murder in connection to Amanda’s death. ‌​‌‌​​​‌‍‌​‌​‌​​​

Here family said: “Amanda was a loving daughter and grand-daughter – she was caring, thoughtful, liked to help others and very much loved. She will be very sadly missed. ‌​‌‌​​​‌‍‌​‌​‌​​​

“We ask that our privacy is respected at this difficult time.” ‌​‌‌​​​‌‍‌​‌​‌​​​

The family continue to be supported by specialist police officers. ‌​‌‌​​​‌‍‌​‌​‌​​​
