Tourists found staying at a holiday home in North Wales have been reported for breaching Covid-19 regulations.

It came after police found the three people at the property had travelled from outside the area.

Officers responded yesterday after concerns were received from the local community in Tal-y-bont, Conwy.

In a post on Facebook, the Conwy Valley policing team said: “Upon attendance it was discovered these concerns were justified, in light of this three people have been reported for breaching current Covid guidelines.

“Following this persons have since left the area.”
