Police seize drugs and phone after searching address in Abergele

Police have seized a quantity of Class C drugs after searching an address in Abergele.

Officers executed a warrant in the town this morning under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

A phone and other items which are believed to have been used to assist the supply of drugs were also confiscated.

Police said: “It is illegal to supply benzodiazapines such as Diazepam, and the suspect will be interviewed in due course.

“If you have any information about the illegal supply of drugs, we want to hear it.

“Alternatively, you can contact CrimeStoppers who will take your report anonymously.”
