Police renew appeal after woman seriously injured in crash near Ruthin

Police have renewed their appeal for information following a crash near Ruthin which left a woman seriously injured.

The two-vehicle collision involving a motorbike and a tractor took place on the A525 near to Llysfasi College at around 2.25pm on May 22nd.

Emergency services attended the scene and a woman was airlifted to Stoke University Hospital with serious injuries. She has since been released from hospital.

PC Einion Huws said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have been travelling along the A525 near to Llysfasi College, towards Ruthin, who may have witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage of either vehicle to contact the Roads Policing Unit.

“Anyone with information that could assist with our investigations is asked to contact us via our website, or by calling 101, quoting reference number 23000436307.”
