Police are appealing for information following a burglary at a theatre in Gwynedd.

The break-in occurred at Harlech’s Theatr Ardudwy on the evening of Monday 28th February.

The theatre has been closed since 2017 due to concerns about the safety of the building.

Last month, it was announced that the Welsh Government had made funding available for emergency works to the wider Coleg Harlech site, which the theatre sits within.

Anyone with information on the burglary is asked to contact North Wales Police on 101 or via the live web chat function on the force’s website quoting reference number 22000146064.
