Police appeal for help locating missing teenager from the Kinmel Bay area

North Wales Police have asked the public for help locating a missing teenager.

Ryan Davies , 13, from the Kinmel Bay area was reported missing on Monday (August 17).

He is 5’8 tall and described as being of slim build with brown hair and blue eyes.

Ryan was wearing black skinny jeans, white/black Nike trainers and a grey hoodie.

Police say he may be in the Towyn area.
