Patient airlifted to hospital following “medical incident” on Denbigh industrial estate

A patient has been airlifted to hospital following a medical incident on an industrial estate in Denbigh.

The Welsh Ambulance Service said it was called to the Colomendy Industrial Estate at 10.26am this morning.

A road ambulance was sent to the scene along with the Wales Air Ambulance.

Police also attended and closed a road on the industrial estate for around an hour.

The ambulance service confirmed one patient was flown to the Royal Stoke University Hospital for treatment.

No further details have been released regarding their condition.
