A man is facing arrest after sending sweets and drinks laced with cannabis through the post.

Officers from the North Wales Police Conwy and Denbigh Rural team said the “young man” had sent a range of products via the Royal Mail.

Among the items pictured were also a number of chocolate spreads laced with THC – the main psychoactive compound in cannabis.

Police said: “A young man thought it would be a good idea to deal cannabis and post THC laced products via the Royal Mail

“It wasn’t and hopefully being arrested will have a chastening effect on him!”
