Police have uncovered a haul of Class A drugs in a raid on a house in Caernarfon.

Led by firearms officers, a warrant was executed at an address in Glan Seiont shortly before 9am this morning.

A 51-year-old man was arrested and is now in custody after police found a quantity of drugs at the property.

Sergeant Non Edwards said: “This was a positive warrant and a man was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

“We will continue to listen to the concerns of the public and will act on any intelligence received. Local residents should not have to endure this type of behaviour in their neighbourhood.”
