Police seek witnesses after motorbiker taken to hospital following crash in Bangor

Officers are appealing for witnesses following a crash involving a motorbike and a car in Bangor yesterday afternoon.

At about 3.45pm, emergency services were called to the scene of a collision between a blue Honda 125 motorcycle and a Silver Citroen C3 near the Faenol Roundabout.

The man riding the motorbike was taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor for treatment.

Both vehicles involved had been travelling from the Felinheli direction and the incident happened on the A4087 as they were exiting the roundabout towards Bangor.

Sergeant Raymond Williams of the Roads Policing Unit is appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the collision to contact North Wales Police via 101 or the live web chat quoting reference number 20000487086.
