Bags of cannabis discovered after police carry out stop and search in Porthmadog

Police have discovered a haul of cannabis after a man was stopped and searched in Porthmadog last night.

A quantity of drugs were discovered on the man’s person and, after a further search was conducted of his vehicle, a further two bags were discovered and seized.

The man was arrested and questioned in Caernarfon custody and was released whilst investigations continue.
