Two men have been arrested for drug driving in Gwynedd after a busy day for police in the area.

The first man was stopped on a motorbike in Llanelltyd yesterday after being seen overtaking a car in a 30mph zone.

After being pulled over, he failed a roadside drugs test for cannabis.

The second man was stopped in Blaenau Ffestiniog and he also failed the roadside drugs test for cannabis.

In a post on Facebook, members of the Gwynedd South local policing team described it as a “very busy bank holiday Monday” with officers working a 17-hour shift.
