A property in Rhyl was shut down for 24 hours after people were found breaching the Covid regulations.

Officers said a number of people were reported due to an incident in the west area of the town yesterday.

Two individuals were also arrested for public order offences.

In addition, the neighbourhood policing team secured a 24 hour closure notice to prevent further offences.

North Wales Police said: “So far one person has been dealt with for a breach of the closure notice.

“Officers will continue to check the property and deal with any breaches robustly.”
