Police have renewed their appeal for information about a woman who went missing from Anglesey one year on from her disappearance.

Today marks the anniversary of the last time Catrin Maguire was reportedly seen on November 15, 2021.

Despite numerous searches in the Holyhead area in the weeks following her disappearance, sadly, she has never been found.

Chief Inspector Gethin Jones from North Wales Police said: “One year on, we are still treating Catrin Maguire as a missing person.

“My thoughts are with Catrin’s family who have sadly had no closure as to what might have happened to her.

“I am renewing our appeal to ask for any witnesses who may have seen Catrin to please come forward with any information which might help us to find out what happened to her.”

If you have any information on the disappearance of Catrin Maguire, please contact North Wales Police via the force’s website or by calling 101 and quoting ref 40695.
