Police renew appeal after cash and jewellery robbed from Anglesey takeaway

Police have renewed their appeal after cash and jewellery were taken during a burglary at a takeaway on Anglesey last month.
Officers said a “substantial” amount of money was stolen from Llangefni Kebab House during the incident which happened between 3am and 3.50am on Tuesday, 28 May.
The business is located on Llangefni High Street and witnesses are being urged to come forward.
Detective Constable Leon-Portillo said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have been in the area and may have seen any suspicious activity between the above times to contact us.
“Additionally, I would ask residents who have private CCTV or dash cam footage that covers the areas of Llangefni High Street, Ffordd Cae Sel, Field Street, Church Street or surrounding streets to contact us.
“Anyone with information that could assist our investigations should contact the police via our website, by calling 101, or anonymously via Crimestoppers, quoting reference number 2400047781.”
