Police are investigating several arson incidents at Holyhead nature reserve.

Damage was caused to trees and a beach house following the deliberate fires.

Officers have now appealed for anyone with information to come forward.

Sgt Becky Lloyd said: “This area is respected by many members of the Holyhead community.

“Arson is a serious crime. Fire can kill and such intentional anti-social behaviour places unnecessary demand on our colleagues at North Wales Fire Rescue Service.”

If you have any information as to who is responsible please contact 101, use the police web chat facility or call Crimestoppers.
