Police appeal after two females approached by man driving car in Kinmel Bay

Police are appealing for information after two females were approached by a man driving a car in Kinmel Bay.

Detectives say they are concerned by the man’s behaviour after he was seen driving a white vehicle in the Morfa Avenue area of the village on Sunday (August 27th) at around 9.15pm.
