Mountain rescuers have taken part in the ongoing search for Frankie Morris three weeks after the Anglesey teenager’s disappearance.

The 18-year-old from Llandegfan was last seen walking in Pentir, near Bangor, at around 1.20pm on 2nd May.

He had been among partygoers at a rave the night before and has not been seen since.

Members of the Aberglaslyn Mountain Rescue Team were among those who took part in searches yesterday, exactly three weeks after he was last seen.

Posting on Facebook, the team said: “On the three-week anniversary of the disappearance of Frankie Morris, our assistance and that of our sister North Wales Mountain Rescue teams was again requested by North Wales Police yesterday.

“We deployed two team vehicles and a number of team members to support the ongoing search efforts throughout the day.

“North Wales Police continue to appeal to anyone with any information to contact them.”

Three arrests have been made by police investigating Frankie’s whereabouts.

A man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, while another man and a woman were arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.

All three were later released as enquiries continue.

In their latest update on Friday, North Wales Police appealed for the drivers of the vehicles seen in the images below to contact them as soon as possible to help their investigation.

Chief Inspector Owain Llewelyn said: “We are currently exhausting every avenue in tracing Frankie’s movements on Sunday 2nd May.

“I would ask that if you were driving any of these vehicles in the village of Pentir, that you come forward as a matter of urgency.

“Finally, I would like to thank Frankie’s family for their support during what is a very worrying and stressful time. Specialist officers continue to liaise closely with them.”
