A man has been arrested after police attended an incident at a Morrisons store in Caernarfon.

Officers were called to the car park of the supermarket on Ffordd y Gogledd at around 8am this morning.

The man was taken into custody, but police have yet to reveal more details about the incident.

The Gwynedd North policing team said on Facebook: “We believe we now have all the details we need and therefore are not looking for further information from anyone at this time.

“We’d like to reassure the community that there is no further reason for concern and to say thank you to all the members of the public who called us and for those who have helped.”
