Man arrested after burgling a pharmacy in Rhyl

A man has been arrested after allegedly burgling a pharmacy in Rhyl.

Police were alerted to the incident, which is believed to have taken place on West Kinmel Street, at around 1am yesterday morning.

Officers arrived within three minutes and took the man into custody, who has since been charged.

A North Wales Police spokeswoman said: “A 38 year old local man was arrested at the scene and is in custody on suspicion of burglary of a commercial premises.

“Officers would like to thank members of the public for alerted them to the incident.”
