All non-essential retail businesses in Wales look set to be given the go ahead to reopen.

North.Wales understands that the First Minister Mark Drakeford is expected to announce at tomorrow’s daily briefing that shops will be able to trade from Monday.

It comes three weeks after he indicated to business owners  that they should start to prepare.

However, they will only be allowed to open if they can show reasonable measures to comply with the social distancing rules.
