“Emergency shutdown” of power supply in areas of Denbigh, St Asaph and Abergele

There are power cuts in areas of Denbigh, St Asaph and Abergele this afternoon and evening.

SP Energy say “It has been necessary for our engineers to carry out an emergency shutdown for safety at 4.49PM in the LL16, LL17 and LL22 postcode areas of Denbigh, St Asaph and Abergele following reports of low overhead cables.”

“This may affect the supply to your property.”

“Our team will work to get your power back on as quickly and as safely possible by 7.00PM. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.”
