Driver caught doing almost double the speed limit in Colwyn Bay 50mph zone

A driver has been caught doing almost double the speed limit within a 50mph zone in North Wales.
The person was spotted by police travelling at 96mph through Colwyn Bay today.
Upon being stopped, they were also found to have insufficient tread on one of their tyres.
Officers said the driver had been reported for both offences.
