Serious assault on teenager in Colwyn Bay leads to police appeal for witnesses

Police are asking people to cast their minds back to last month when a teenager was seriously assaulted in Colwyn Bay. ‌​‌‌​​​‌‍‌​‌​‌​​​

The unprovoked attack happened on The Dingle in Colwyn Bay in the early hours of March 23rd, when the victim was left with potentially life-threatening head injuries which subsequently required emergency surgery. ‌​‌‌​​​‌‍‌​‌​‌​​​

Detective Constable Charlotte Springett said: “This was a particularly nasty assault which left an 18-year-old boy seriously injured. We are appealing for any information which may assist in the investigation.” ‌​‌‌​​​‌‍‌​‌​‌​​​
