Appeal launched after woman is seriously assaulted on Anglesey while walking home

Police have launched an appeal after a serious assault on a woman on Anglesey.

Officers said she was walking home from Beaumaris towards Llangoed on Tuesday evening between 10pm and 1am.

They are now asking for anyone who may have been in the area to come forward.

They said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have been in this area between these times to contact us, and we are particularly interested to hear from anyone who may have driven through Beaumaris during these hours, and may have dash-cam footage.
