Three men have been arrested on suspicion of intent to supply drugs after a car was stopped in Rhos on Sea.

Officers came across the vehicle in the area earlier this weekend, resulting in drugs, large amounts of cash, mobile phones and other items being seized.

Members of the NWP West Conwy Coastal team said: “We continue to fight the battle against illegal drug activity in our communities.”

It follows another operation being carried out in coastal areas of Denbighshire and in Abergele on Friday targeting criminals.

Several people were arrested for possession of drugs and drug driving offences.
Officers said a number of positive warrants were also executed, with vehicles seized, a proceeds of crime offence identified and traffic offences reported.
The day resulted in numerous vehicles and people being stopped in relation to offences linked to county lines drug gangs.
