Police pledge ‘zero tolerance’ on drugs after successful warrant in Gwynedd village

Police have pledged to take a zero tolerance stance on drugs after executing a successful warrant in Gwynedd.

The drugs warrant was conducted yesterday (Monday, June 20) in the Aberdaron area by the local policing team.

One suspect was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs with the intent to supply.

North Wales Police said: “Drug use in our community will not be tolerated and positive action will be taken against those who cause harm in the area.

“We would like to thank the local community for their help during this investigation.

“We would urge anyone with concerns or information about drugs supply to report them to North Wales Police by using our live chat facility or dialling 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
