Police have issued an alert over drug dealing and “suspicious activity” in a park in Prestatyn.

Officers said they believe that Ffrith Community Park and other open areas are being used to sell illegal substances.

PCSO Alexandra Jones said: “If you are out walking and come across any suspicious activity please report it to North Wales Police either on the webchat or North Wales Community Alert System.

“This information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, helps to build a picture and seek prosecutions.

“We will continue to patrol the area and work with you to bring offenders to justice.”
