Officers from North Wales Police discovered drugs hidden in an unusual location while stopping cars to crackdown on anyone breaching the coronavirus lockdown.

Members of the Intercept Team were carrying out checks on vehicles when they found illegal substances lodged under the bonnet of a silver 4×4.

They were aided in their search by the keen nose of police sniffer dog who had no trouble locating the drugs.

Officers asked people on Facebook whether they could spot the suspect package. To be honest it would more difficult not to!

They said: “Whilst conducting our checks on vehicles for #EssentialTravel we searched this vehicle and arrested the driver after a quantity of drugs were found…can you spot them in the picture?

“Thanks to Cheshire and North Wales Police Dogs for your help.”
