Three arrests were made on Saturday by detectives investigating Frankie’s whereabouts.
A man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, while another man and a woman were arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.
One person remains in police custody, whilst two others have been released under investigation.
Chief Inspector Owain Llewelyn said: “A large police presence will remain in the village of Pentir over the next few days whilst we continue to conduct searches.
“I would like to thank the local community for their support and understanding whilst the local roads remain affected by the necessary closures.”
