Police confirm missing man found dead in Bodelwyddan following search operation

Police have confirmed the death of a man who was recently reported missing after last being seen outside a North Wales hospital.

Mark Pullin from Colwyn Bay was last sighted near Ysbyty Glan Clwyd at 1.30am on Monday, January 3.

North Wales Police have now sadly announced that detectives and search teams recently found the 42-year-old’s body in the Bodelwyddan area.

The circumstances are not currently believed to be suspicious, and the local coroner’s office has been informed.

Mark’s family have issued the following tribute: “Mark’s unexpected and tragic death has caused his family considerable distress.

“As a family, his daughter, mother, father, brother and uncle are trying to understand what happened, as are the mother of his child, and his step-father.

“We are grateful for all the sympathy and support, but ask that we are left to grieve in peace.”
