Police appeal after youth footballer suffers ‘significant’ facial injuries at match in Llandudno

Police are appealing for witnesses after a youth football player suffered “significant” facial injuries at a match in Llandudno.

It follows an altercation which took place during the last two minutes of a game between Llandudno under-16s and Airbus under-16s at Llandudno Football Club.

The incident occurred on Sunday 15th August at around noon.

North Wales Police said: “We are appealing for witnesses to come forward. Please contact us via live webchat online or by calling 101 quoting ref 21000568454.”
