North Wales Police issue picture of man wanted on recall to prison

North Wales Police has issued a picture of a man who is wanted on recall to prison.
Officers are trying to locate the whereabouts of Henri Hughes, 39, who is said to be actively evading them.
Anyone with information that could help is asked to contact the police force via webchat, by calling 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers.
