Up to 30 homes could be built in an Anglesey village after plans were revealed by developers.
An outline has been submitted for the new estate on London Road in Bodedern at a currently undeveloped field belonging to Tre Angharad.
The outline plan which, if approved, will need a full application before any work can take place, also includes car parking spaces and new vehicle access.
The design and access statement accompanying the application proposes two three-bedroom homes, four two-bedroom homes, 20 three-bedroom homes and four two or three-bedroom houses.
The documents say: “The proposed development involves the construction of 30 dwellings with associated car parking and garden spaces, together with pedestrian and vehicular access and a public amenity area.
“Access to the site will be from London Road, with a new vehicular junction constructed towards the South-West corner of the site. Wish to try slot games? “Due to the scale of the development, the levels of daily and hourly traffic
generated by the development is unlikely to have any material impact upon the operation of the highway network in the vicinity of the site.”
It’s expected that Anglesey council’s planning department will respond in due course and, if approved, it will be followed by a full application before any work can take place.
