A55 reopens after horse on carriageway

Traffic Wales says there is a “Rolling Road Block” on the A55, however there is one carraigeway closed.

The A55 is stopped in both directions between J11 Llandygai and J12 Tal-y-bont.

Traffic Officers say “Road block to move a horse from a broken down vehicle”

“Expect some delays.”
